tmW helps you to execute a ten minutes workout, three times per week, and to obtain the same physical benefits that performing a routine 50 minutes three times a week.

You can use it with the app opened or closed. In any case you will receive alerts for each change of phase.

tmW its based on the SIT (Sprint Interval Training) technique, with 20 seconds of sprint out distributed across the 10 minutes workout. This is different from the traditional technique MICT (Moderate-intensity continous training), where you perform a medium intensity workout during 50 minutes.

After twelve consecutive weeks, you should appreciate your health improvement.

Remember, before starting any kind of physical program, you should consult first with your pyhisician. This methodology is focused for sedentary people.
